Your Student Learning Services (SLS) is available for you. We offer a range of services to meet your learning needs. These include one-on-one or small group assistance on a variety of topics.

Don’t leave things to the last minute, come and see our SLS Co-ordinator or any staff in our team if you need help on any of the above services. If there is any other topic of interest that you need help on but which is not listed above, come and see us at the Learning Centre!!! Remember, your success in learning is our main concern!!!
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
* All the resources (books, magazines, etc) in the American Corner are for you to use IN the room. Resources in this room are not for borrowing purposes. After reading, leave the books on the table.
* You DO NOT WRITE or SCRIBBLE in the books or magazines.
* You DO NOT EAT or DRINK in this room or in the Learning Centre
* ALL BAGS should be left in the shelves at the front desk as you enter
* If you have any valuables in your bag like money, expensive jewelery, textbooks, etc you may leave this with the Front Desk operator
* Open Discussions and noise from audio devices e.g. ipods etc should be kept at a minimum level.
* If you have problems with the PC or computer you are using, DO NOT attempt to fix it – REPORT it to the Learning Centre Staff immediately
Take pride in our Learning Centre and keep it clean!
You can do this by:
* Wiping your feet at the doormat before climbing up the stairs
* Throwing your scrap/used papers in the bins at the Centre – that’s what they’re there for!
* Clean your study area by picking up any rubbish and arranging the chair - this will make a whole new difference for the next student who’ll use it.
