Student Services has become an essential component of any higher Institution and TTI is no exception. TTI recognises the need to provide constant support to the special needs of its students aiming at the following;

* To maximise their full potential
* To foster professional, cultural and social development
* To provide a plesant learning environment by facilitating progress through their studies

 

General Information



New students are required to pick up the application form from the TTI Administration Office.
(Check for tuition fees for your interested programme of study in the School pages.)

To apply for entry into any of TTI’s  programme of studies, you need to collect a copy of the enrollment application form from the Administration office, complete and submit the application form together with all the requirements needed by each program.
(Please refer to the School brochures for additional information)

Before you submit your application form, please check that:

* You meet the criteria and course preliquisites.

* Your qualifications are clearly stated.

* You have clearly stated your address, telephone contacts, parents or guardians.

* You have included all your certified documents required to support your application.

Once the institution receive and process your application, you will be informed if your application is accepted or declined. Successful applicants will proceed on to enroll for the appropriate programme of studies.

Face-to-face Enrollment

Face-to-face Enrollment requires you to come to TTI on the day scheduled for your program to avoid any inconveniency.

Face-to-face enrollment also provides you with the opportunity for further assistances from TTI Staff on the best programme of studies for you before you can finalise your enrollment. 

*A Registration fee of $210 is to be paid in order to complete your enrollment fully. (The $200 accounts toward your tuition fee and must be paid in full before your name is included in the class list. The $10 is the Student Association fee and is also required to be paid in full to complete your registration.)

*Late enrollment
Enrollment after the second Friday of the semester is required to pay a TOP$50 as late enrollment penalty fee.

*What do I need to do if I want to withdraw from a course?

- After enrolling for a course and you feel that you might not complete a course for any reasons. You can complete a Request to Withdraw from a Course form (RWC form) and return to the registration office. The registration office will notify you once the application is approved by the Programme Manager.

- Refer to the time schedule for the final date for withdrawal with or without tuition fees for each semester. Remember that course material fee is non-refundable.

- The RWC form will be available at the main office at TTI.

Cancellation of Registration.

- TTI shall cancel the registration of any student who failed to pay their registration and tuition fees in full after the dead line for payment of fees.

- The discipline committee has the authority to cancel any student’s registration that has proved to break the institution Regulations. If this happens after the final date for withdrawal, then fees are not refundable.

- Students whose registration has been cancelled shall not use any facilities of the institution or attend class from the date of cancellation of their registration.

Withdraw from the Institution.
- Students who wish to withdraw from the institution must complete the Request to Withdraw from the Institution form (RWI form).

- No refund can be made until the student complete the RWI form.


New students are requested to attend TTI's orientation programmes to familiarise themselves with their new study environment, their academic programmes, the Student Learning Services and all relevant information that they need to know before the start of the semester.

The main highlight of the year is the Graduation Ceremony.

Students are required to apply by filling the graduation application form.
