The Public Library at Tupou Tertiary Institute has been serving the community since 2012. We have resources for every topic and subjects but basically on Business, IT (computing), Office Administration, Constructions, Research Skills, Teachers' Teaching Strategies, Aged Care, Youth Development, Sports Science and Music.
Our Public Library is open from Monday to Saturday. Time schedules are:

E-libraryUSA provides access to a broad range of online resources and is available inside ACT for public use.
The Library offers a reading and activities program for primary school children every Saturday from 10 am - 11 am, Peace Corp Volunteers Program. This program aims to support children's English literacy by reading English-language stories to them and conducting activities afterward.

30 computers is available to use by students in their studying and assignments. Internet service is also available.
Photo copy and printing is also available for students and public.
Video and DVD player is available for TTI staff for their classes. TTI Library is available for student’s private studies at anytime they want.

We also have an American Corner section here in our Library. Most of the resources (books, magazines, articles, encyclopedia and many more) are basically on American information.
We are fortunate and very grateful for the assistance and donations of the American Embassy in Nuku'alofa, Tonga in providing American resources for the Tongan people especially students.
It is free for the public as well, to visit and to borrow.
E-library services: these are on-line journals and books which students and public can use. And it is available in the above time schedule.

The American Corner Tonga (ACT) is located inside the TTI Public Library. ACT provides the public with free access to resources such as the Internet, books, magazines, articles, encyclopedia and much more. Many of the books provide information on the United States of America.
